Based on practice guidelines mandated by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs and CDC, all staff and patients are required to wear face masks while in our facility. Our patient lobby is open and we encourage social distancing practices. If you prefer to utilize our virtual waiting room option, please remain in your car and call us at (303) 450-3144. If you do not immediately reach an office staff member, please enter the atrium area and collect a screening form from the counter. Once there, you can visibly check in with our office staff. One of our trained staff members will come out to assist you.
Your periodontal care and postoperative visits will be arranged by appointment only. Unscheduled, walk-in visits to our office are possible, although screening priority will be given to our scheduled patients. Thank you for your patience with this process.
